How It Works

Store Front Development

What is a store front? A store front is a special type of eBay account offering advanced features and advertising abilities. At North-ES, we have developed a system for creating store fronts that leaves your store with the maximum amount of publicity possible.

We manage your listing types, your special listings, your cross links, your email newsletters, and your store policies. For more information, leave us a message on our contact page.

Auctioneering

Have old junk around your house? Antiques, books, computers, tv's--even barbie dolls--chances are, there is a market for it on eBay.

Get your item list to us: leave us a message on our contact page with a description of your item (be as specific as possible: color, year, make, name, etc). We will get back to you shortly.

Get your item listed: once we have done market-research on your item, you will bring it in to a North-ES employee. There is a $1 per item deposit. North-ES will then photograph, store, and list your item for one week (7 days) on eBay.

Get your money: if your item sells, North-ES will ship it, and mail you a check for your portion of the profit (along with your deposit). See our rates page for details.

Fundraising

You can use eBay to raise money for your organization! With a few donations from each member, you can make huge profits! Here is how it works:

1. Members look around their homes and make a list of new or used items they would be willing to donate. Include information about each item on the list—be as specific as possible (ie: condition, year, color, make, etc)

2. Each member should email his/her list to the organization's representative. The organization should then compile one master list of all possible donations (including item descriptions) and email it to North-ES

3. These items should be brought to the school and given to a North-ES employee. There is a $1 deposit per item (this deposit will be returned if the item sells). North-ES will make a final inspection of each item before we take it.

4. We will then compile a master list of all items in our possession. North-ES will photograph, store, and finally list each item on eBay—each item will run for one week (7 days)

5. Once all items have completed their listing, unsold items will be returned to the organization. All sold items will be shipped by North-ES. North-ES will then compile a list of all eBay transactions. This list, along with a check representing the organizations share of the profit will be mailed back to the organization's representative.
